Sharing your data is optional and your domain will work normally even if you don't take any action.

However, if the domain is deleted, will that mean I might not be able to register it elsewhere, like through squarespace or godaddy? Would it be best to wait the 60 days to transfer it to another registrar and use a different domain in the meantime?
My squarespace had two link structures. Domainname.com/blog/post-name for my recipes. The older ones also had the date in them. And I also have Domainname.com/tipsadvice/post-title for my lifestyle posts. How do I ensure that none of the links get broken in the move if I can only put one link structure in WP?
My site is image heavy, and it may take a few days for me to follow all the steps. I have my own domain (www.mywebsite.com) which I will be moving over. My concern is that once I start the process, my site will not work until I have it up on WordPress. I would want my domain to go to my squarespace site until I am ready to move over.
In squarespace my site is unlocked, and I received the authorization code which I entered in Shopify. Everytime I do this I receive a transfer fail notice - with no reason as to why it failed. I am outside of the 60 day window, so I know that is not the problem. Before the 60 days, I had my site pointing to Shopify, so I deleted all of that and deleted the DNS entires, still no luck.
I have recently de-activated my Squarespace commerce site, and are now moving completely over to using Etsy. I wuld like to transfer the domain I purchased on Squarespace to my Etsy shop. Does anyone know how to do this?I have already unlocked the domain in squarespace, and have the authentication code that I am supposed to send/transfer to my new provider, but I cannot find instructions on Etsy on how to send this over. 041b061a72
